The options then given are:

Option 1 – to answer the call, so they are connected to the caller as normal. Amazingly however, the moment the call ends, a digital recording of the entire conversation is instantly sent to the email addresses of your choice.

Option 2 – if the call is not answered, the caller will be sent to a bespoke professional business voicemail for your business, thanking them for the call.

The person who answered the call can hear the caller leaving the voicemail, and amazingly has the option at any time to interrupt the message - and speak with the caller as normal. The moment the call ends, a digital recording of the voicemail (or conversation) is instantly sent to the email addresses of your choice.

Option 3 – If you decide not to answer the call, the caller will be sent to a bespoke professional business voicemail, thanking them for the call. The moment the caller finishes leaving a voicemail, a digital recording of the entire voicemail is instantly sent to the email addresses of your choice.

What if the phone is not answered?

If the call is not answered, then more fantastic automation kicks in. Firstly the caller will hear a bespoke voicemail message which we can professionally record for you, thanking the caller for calling your business and asking them to leave a message.

The caller will not hear your private mobile, home or office message, it will be the business voicemail message we record for you.

Whilst the caller is leaving a message, we will send you an email alert letting you know that you missed a business call, and where possible we will give you the phone number that called you.

Once the caller finishes leaving the message and ends the call, the voicemail itself will be sent to you as a voice file by email, meaning you can pick it up wherever you are in the world.
